Darryl J. Horowitt is managing partner and one of the foundering partners of Coleman & Horowitt, LLP, and is resident in the firm’s Fresno office. He was admitted to practice in 1981. Darryl practices in the areas of complex civil litigation, with an emphasis in banking, commercial, construction, consumer finance (including class action defense), real estate, intellectual property and unfair competition litigation, and casualty insurance defense, insurance coverage, commercial collections, and alternative dispute resolution (both representing clients and as a neutral). He has tried over 50 jury and non-jury civil trials to verdict as well as over 50 arbitrations. He has also served as an arbitrator in over 75 matters and as a mediator and settlement officer in over 300 matters.
