Thomas W. Seiler

Thomas W. Seiler is a partner at Seiler, Anderson, Fife & Marshall, LC. A 1977 graduate of the J. Rueben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University, Tom has tried over 150 cases to verdict, with trials in each of the eight Judicial Districts of the State of Utah, as well as appearances and/or trials in Federal Courts in Utah, Wyoming and Ohio. He is a past President of the Central Utah Bar Association, the American Inn of Court I and the Utah Association for Justice. Tom served as the Utah State Bar Commissioner for the Fourth Division from 2009 to 2015 and 2018 to present. Tom is the Utah State Liaison for the American Inns of Court. Tom is also a member of the American Inns of Court Advisory Committee, 10th Circuit Court Appeals (2012 to present).

He has been honored as a Top 100 Commercial Litigator, a Top 100 Personal Injury Litigator, a Top Lawyer Named by Their Peers and as a Utah Legal Elite in Civil Litigation and in Personal Injury Litigation by the Utah Business Magazine. He has also been selected by the Mountain States Super Lawyers as among the Top 5% of Lawyers in the Mountain States. Tom is a member of the National Advisory Board of the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America.

He is a Fellow with the Litigation Counsel of America. Tom served on the Advisory Committee to the Utah Supreme Court on the Rules of Evidence for 25 years, ending his tenure in 2016. A former rodeo cowboy, Tom now is an avid snowmobiler.
