Bio

Mr. Prockop earned a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University in 1994.  Thereafter, Mr. Prockop earned a law degree with honors from University of Florida in 1997.  Mr. Prockop has enjoyed a diverse legal practice that includes representing a major hospital group, physicians, significant real estate developers, local and nationwide restaurant groups, wireless consulting and architectural firms in state, federal and bankruptcy Court.  Mr. Prockop also has significant business experience as a managing member of one of the top 100 independently owned restaurants in the United States.  He is also a proud member of the CEO Council of Tampa Bay.
