Courtney Fernald is the Managing Partner of Englander Fischer, a boutique business litigation firm in Tampa Bay with approximately 17 attorneys. She is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as an expert in Appellate Law, and also has extensive experience as a business litigator. She has successfully represented business both large and small in all manners of commercial disputes, at the trial and appellate level, for more than 10 years. She serves as the Chair of the St. Petersburg Bar Association's Appellate Practice Section, and sits on the Executive Council for the Florida Bar's Appellate Practice Section.
