Mark's expertise is in solving complex problems for a diverse client base. He is a registered patent attorney and earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in agricultural law. He works with many university institutions and international companies to protect agricultural seed technology. He also works with a wide array of vendors who sell to the nation's largest retailer, and he can help when a conflict or dispute with Walmart arises. He recently won a $12.4 MM against Walmart for a bet-the-company client and has tallied more than $40MM in verdicts and judgments in IP litigation across a broad spectrum of technology. Mark’s multi-state complex federal court litigation experience is extensive and includes patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, non-competition agreements, corporate fraud, and advertising injury insurance coverage. He is licensed in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, Kansas, and Kentucky and served as Past President, Arkansas Bar Association Intellectual Property Division.
