Robert W. Kelley is an award-winning American trial lawyer, author, and co-founder of one of the nation’s premier catastrophic injury and wrongful death law firms. His professional life is focused on complex, high-profile trials where he battles for justice on behalf of people seriously injured by the negligence or misconduct of individuals and corporations.

A veteran of high-stakes trials, Bob rose to national prominence with a series of high-profile cases that resulted in eight- and nine-figure jury verdicts in favor of families who fought for survival as uncaring corporate conglomerates conspired with callous legal teams to slither past liability.

Bob and his wife Kerry founded the DiveBar, a non-profit bar association composed of lawyers, judges and other legal professionals that promotes education and awareness about coral reefs and the marine environment through scuba diving, philanthropic activities and learning experiences.
