Mr. Walker's practice has included, among other things, Admiralty litigation, Complex Business litigation, Class Action litigation, Mass Action litigation, Civil RICO litigation, and False Claims Act litigation.

Mr. Walker has been admitted to practice before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eight Circuit Court of Appeals, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He has tried jury and/or judge tried cases in both federal and state courts in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Iowa, Missouri, and Illinois.

He holds two Utility Patents and has authored one suspense novel based , in part, upon the Mortgage Loan crisis of 2008, entitled, Death Pledge.
