Bio

Veteran trial lawyer Bill Parish founded what is now WILLIAM H. PARISH PC in 1987. With more than 37 years of experience handling exclusively civil trials and appeals, he has tried a wide-variety of cases, representing Fortune 500 companies, small businesses and individuals in complex business litigation throughout California.

Bill’s has been lead counsel in litigation involving claims for hundreds of millions of dollars, including the successful prosecution and defense of multi-million dollar jury trials, court trials, and arbitrations. He has also served as lead counsel in over 75 appeals. Bill is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and various federal courts.

Bill is active in several industry organizations, including the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) and American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Both are invitation only and made up of experienced trial lawyers who have demonstrated excellence in practice, adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct and have been vetted by judges, opponents and peers. ACTL’s membership comprises only one percent of the total lawyer population of each state.
